Early contractor involvement (ECI) was the key to success with this project. Zeal was engaged as soon as the ideal workplace location was found, which meant we were able to begin working closely with the architect and client right from the start. During the duration of the project, Zeal provided invaluable insights into construction feasibility, ensuring that the architect’s modern and bold interior designs were brought to life to everyone’s satisfaction.
